Fluency Academy - Designing the digital front door for Latin America's largest language school.

Fluency Academy is the largest language school in Latin America, offering a growing ecosystem of products designed to make language learning more accessible and engaging. The website played a critical role in connecting this ecosystem. It needed to introduce the brand to new audiences, clearly communicate the value of each offering, and help prospective students navigate different learning paths with confidence. Beyond the product architecture, the experience also had to reflect one of Fluency's greatest strengths: its creators. More than instructors, they were recognizable personalities who had built strong relationships with the community and became an essential part of the brand itself.

Problem

As Fluency expanded its portfolio, presenting multiple products without overwhelming users became increasingly complex. The existing experience needed to simplify decision making, helping visitors quickly understand which solution best matched their goals and stage in the learning journey.

At the same time, the website had to balance two dimensions of trust. It needed to communicate the scale and credibility of Latin America's largest language school while giving meaningful visibility to the creators who represented the brand every day. The challenge was creating an experience where the institution and the people behind it strengthened one another rather than competing for attention.
